フーティー＆ザ・ブロウフィッシュのデビュー・アルバム『Cracked Rear View』がデラックス・リイシュー

12月5日のMLCニュースでお伝えしたように、5月30日から9月13日まで、1994年に発表したデビュー・アルバムの25周年を記念する〈グループ・セラピー・ツアー〉を行うフーティー＆ザ・ブロウフィッシュ。そのデビュー・アルバム『Cracked Rear View』が、新たにリマスターされたデラックス・ヴァージョン『Cracked Rear View: 25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition』となって、3枚組CD＋DVD、2枚組CD、及びデジタルとストリーミング・ヴァージョンで5月31日にリリースされます。

3枚組CD＋DVDのヴァージョンには、リマスターされたアルバムと、レアな楽曲、未発表曲、ライヴ音源が収録され、バンドが1992年に発表したEP『Kootchypop』と、1995年2月3日に行われたピッツバーグ公演のフル音源20曲（大半が未発表曲）が含まれます。

DVDには、アルバムに合わせてリリースされた全オリジナル・ミュージック・ビデオが収録され、その他にも、1993年にバンドをアトランティック・レコードと契約させたティム・ソマーが執筆したライナーノーツが同封されています。

アルバム『Cracked Rear View』には、「Hold My Hand」（＃10）、「Let Her Cry」（＃9）、「Only Wanna Be With You」（＃6）、「Time」（＃14）など、全米チャートで大ヒットした4曲が収録されています。

なおバンドは現在、15年ぶりとなるニュー・アルバムの制作中とのことです。
