ビリー・アイドルとブライアン・アダムスが夏のジョイント・ツアーを発表

80年代を代表する二人のシンガー／ソングライター、ビリー・アイドル（63歳）とブライアン・アダムス（59歳）が、8月1日から12日にかけて、アメリカで8公演を行うジョイント・ツアーの日程を発表しました。

パンク・ロックのアイコンでもあるビリー・アイドルの最新作は、昨年9月にリリースしたリミックス・アルバム『Vital Idol: Revitalized』で、1985年にヒット曲のリミックスを収録して発売したコンピレーション・アルバム『Vital Idol』を、アイドルから影響を受けたモービーやクリスタル・メソッドなどのエレクトロ・ダンス・ミュージックのアーティストらが現代風にリミックスした改訂盤。

ブライアン・アダムスは、今年の3月1日に14作目のスタジオ・アルバム『Shine a Light』をリリースしています。（1月18日付MLCニュース参照）
