U2、『Achtung Baby』の収録曲「One」のミニ・ドキュメンタリー公開

U2 The Story Of One Remastered HD

11月16日のMLCニュースでお伝えしたように、U2が1991年に発表したアルバム『Achtung Baby』（アクトン・ベイビー）の30周年記念エディションが、本日11月19日に２LPヴァイナルで発売され、12月3日には50曲入りのデジタル・ボックスセットで発売されます。

U2は、この30周年記念エディションの発売に合わせ、アルバム『Achtung Baby』の重要な楽曲の一つ、「One」のビデオ制作をフィーチャーした15分のミニ・ドキュメンタリー「The Story of One」を公開しました。

「One」のミュージック・ビデオは3本制作されており、このドキュメンタリーには、それぞれのビデオを監督したアントン・コービン、マーク・ぺリントン、フィル・ジョアノーのインタヴューや、各ビデオ制作の舞台裏映像がフィーチャーされています。

なお、「One」は1992年2月にシングルとしてリリースされ、アイルランドとカナダ、アメリカのチャートで第1位を記録、UKとデンマークでゴールド・ディスクに、イタリアではプラチナ・ディスクに認定されました。U2は、同曲の全収益金を様々なエイズ・チャリティに寄付しています。
