プリンス、『Around the World in a Day』40周年記念エディション　11月発売

プリンス1985年のアルバム『Around the World in a Day』が、11月21日に40周年記念エディションとして、２CD、３LP、デジタルで発売されることになりました。

このアルバムには、ヒット・シングルの「Raspberry Beret」「Paisley Park」「Pop Life」「America」がフィーチャーされており、今回の40周年記念エディションには、バーニー・グランドマンによるアルバムのリマスター版に加え、B面曲やボーナス・トラックが収録され、ボーナス・トラックには、約22分に及ぶ「America」の12インチ・ヴァージョンも含まれています。

また、11月28日のレコード・ストア・デイには、上記4枚のヒット・シングル「Raspberry Beret」「Paisley Park」「Pop Life」「America」と「4 The Tears In Your Eyes」の2ヴァージョンを収録した5枚組7インチ・シングルが、ヴァイナル・ボックスセット『Around The World in a Day: The Singles』として発売される予定です。

なお、40周年記念エディションから、「4 the Tears in Your Eyes ('We Are The World' Version)」「Paisley Park (Remix)」「America (12” Version)」が公開されています。
