２世が集まったオールマン・ベッツ・バンド、最新ツアー日程とデビュー・アルバム情報を公開

11月6日のMLCニュースでお伝えしたように、デヴォン・オールマン（グレッグ・オールマンの息子）とデュアン・ベッツ（ディッキー・ベッツの息子）が結成したオールマン・ベッツ・バンドが、現時点で決まっている今年のツアー日程と、新しいタイトルに変更された9曲入りのデビュー・アルバム『Down to the River』の情報を公開しました。アルバムは6月にBMGからリリースにされます。

オールマン・ベッツ・バンドには、デュアンとデヴォンの他、ベースにベリー・デュアン・オークリー（オールマン・ブラザーズ・バンドのベーシスト、ベリー・オークリーの息子）と、スライド・ギターにジョニー・スタチェラ、ハモンド・オルガンにジョン・ジンティ、パーカッショニストのR. スコット・ブライアン（シェリル・クロウ）とジョン・ラムが参加しています。

アルバムにはピーター・レヴィン（org / 元グレッグ・オールマン・バンド）やチャック・リーヴェル（key / 元オールマンズ、現ローリング・ストーンズ）も参加。

多くのフェスティバル出演がある今年のツアーでは、オールマン・ブラザーズ・バンドの50周年を記念し、新曲やソロ・プロジェクトの楽曲のみならず、オールマン・ブラザーズのヒット曲やグレッグ・オールマンの楽曲も披露するそうです。
