アレサ・フランクリンの未発表曲を収録したホリデイ・アルバムが発売

2015年にマンハッタンのジャズ・アット・リンカーン・センターでホリデイ・コンサートが開催され、出演したアレサ・フランクリンが、クリスマス・キャロルの曲「O Tannebaum（もみの木）」をピアノで演奏し、珍しくドイツ語と英語で歌いました。

この曲が、ジャズ・アット・リンカーン・センター・オーケストラ・ウィズ・ウィントン・マルサリス（Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis）のホリデイ・アルバム『Big Band Holidays II』に収録されることになり、デジタルで10月25日に、CDで11月8日に発売されます。

2018年にフランクリンが他界してからリリースされる楽曲は非常に少なく、大変貴重な1曲と言えます。
