プリテンダーズ1980年の『Pretenders』と1981年の『Pretenders II』、3CDデラックス・エディションで11月発売

プリテンダーズ1980年のデビュー・アルバム『Pretenders』と、1981年のセカンド・アルバム『Pretenders II』が、それぞれ３CDデラックス・エディションとして、11月5日にライノから発売されることになりました（10月4日MLCニュース参照）。

どちらのデラックス・エディションにも、クラシック・ラインナップのクリッシー・ハインド（vo/g）、ジェイムス・ハニーマン・スコット（g）、ピート・ファーンドン（b）、マーティン・チャンバース（ds）がフィーチャーされ、リーダーのクリッシー・ハインドが楽曲のキュレーションを手掛けました。

デラックス・エディションには、オリジナル・プロデューサーのクリス・トーマスがリマスターしたオリジナル・アルバムに加え、デモやレア音源、多くのライヴ音源が収録されており、未発表音源や初めてCD化された楽曲が含まれています。

同封のブックレットには、バンドの貴重な未公開写真や、音楽ジャーナリストのウィル・ホジキンソンが執筆した新たなライナーノーツが掲載され、手書きの番号が入ったプリテンダーズの限定プリントが付きます。

また、それぞれ限定版カラー・ヴァイナルでも発売される予定です。
