ブロンディ、待望のボックスセット『Blondie／Against The Odds 1974-1982』8月発売

ブロンディ待望のボックスセット『Blondie／Against The Odds 1974-1982』が、8月26日にUMe／ザ・ミュメロ・グループ（The Mumero Group）から発売されることになりました。

このボックスセットには、オリジナル・アナログ・テープからリマスターされた1974年～1982年のスタジオ・アルバム6タイトル『Blondie』『Plastic Letters』『Parallel Lines』『Eat To The Beat』『Autoamerican』『The Hunter』がフィーチャーされ、10LPスーパー・デラックス・コレクターズ・エディションと、8CDデラックス・エディションで発売されます。

10LPスーパー・デラックス・コレクターズ・エディションには、上記アルバム6タイトルを収録した6LPに加え、セッションのアウトテイク、B面曲、デモなどを収録した4枚のボーナスLP『Plaza Sound』『Parallel Beats』『Coca Cola』『Home Tapes』、および10インチLP『Out In The Streets』と7インチ・シングル（ドアーズ「Moonlight Drive」の未発表カヴァーと「Mr. Sightseer」のデモ）が収められており、全124曲のうち36曲が未発表音源です。

また、10LPスーパー・デラックス・コレクターズ・エディションには、144ページのハードカヴァー本と120ページのディスコグラフィが2冊同梱され、前者のハードカヴァー本には、デビー・ハリー、クリス・スタイン、クレム・バーク、ジミー・デストリ、フランク・インファンテ、ナイジェル・ハリスン、ゲイリー・ヴァレンタインによるセッションについての解説や、プロデューサーのリチャード・ゴッテラーとマイク・チャップマンのエッセイが掲載されています。

8CDデラックス・エディションにも同じく124曲が収録されていますが、ボーナスCDは『Home Tapes』と『Out In The Streets』の2枚のみとなり、128ページのハードカヴァー本が付きます。

なお、全52曲のボーナス曲のみを収録した4LP／3CDエディションもあり、4LPには128ページのハードカヴァー本、3CDエディションには164ページのハードカヴァー本が付きます。
