デヴィッド・ギルモア、娘ロマニーのライヴにサプライズ出演

デヴィッド・ギルモアが9月9日の夜、娘のロマニーが英イースト・サセックスのパブ「Neptune Live Music Bar」で行なっていたライヴにサプライズで出演し、ピンク・フロイドの名曲「Wish You Were Here」をアコースティックで共演しました。

デヴィッド・ギルモアが公の場でパフォーマンスを披露したのは、2020年にロンドン・パラディアムで開催されたピーター・グリーン（フリートウッド・マックの共同創設者）のトリビュート・コンサート（2020年11月25日MLCニュース）以来、4年ぶりのことでした。

なお、娘のロマニーは、デヴィッドの最新ソロ・アルバム『Luck and Strange』（邦題『邂逅』）（4月25日MLCニュース）のセカンド・シングル「Between Two Points」にヴォーカルとハープで参加しており（6月18日MLCニュース）、9月27日からアルバムのプロモーション・ツアー「Luck and Strange」に乗り出すデヴィッドは、ツアーのリハーサル映像も公開しています。
