スティーヴィー・ニックスの新しいコレクション・アルバムがリリース

スティーヴィー・ニックスは、1998年に続き2度の「ロックの殿堂」入りを果たす初の女性ソロ・アーティストになりましたが、今年の「殿堂入り」を記念し、彼女がソロ・デビューした1981年から2017年に発表したソロ作品のコレクション・アルバム『Stand Back 1981 – 2017』が発売されることになりました。

このアルバムには、基本的に過去のスタジオ・アルバムから選曲した楽曲、ライヴ・パフォーマンス、映画のサウンドトラック、他のミュージシャンとの有名なコラボ曲などが収録され、18曲入りのシングルCDは、今年の「ロックの殿堂」入りセレモニーが行われる3月29日に、50曲入りの3枚組CDは4月19日、6枚組LPは6月28日に発売される予定です。

フリートウッド・マック加入から6年後の1981年に発表したソロ・デビュー・アルバム『Bella Donna』は、全米で500万枚以上を売り上げ、ビルボードのアルバム・チャートで第1位を記録。このアルバムからは、「Edge Of Seventeen」など4曲がヒットしています。
