オールマン・ブラザーズ・バンドの50周年記念ボックスセット『Trouble No More : 50th Anniversary Collection』が、2月28日に Island / Mercury / UMe から発売されることになり、ボックスセットの開封映像が公開されています。

10枚組LPまたは5枚組CDが入ったボックスセットのタイトルは、マディ・ウォーターズの曲名に因んだもの。LP／CD共にファースト・ディスクの第1曲目は、1969年に行なわれたバンド初のジャム・セッションで演奏した「Trouble No More」のデモ・ヴァージョンで始まり、2014年のフェアウェル・コンサートに至るまで年代順に全61曲が収録されていますが、そのうち7曲は未発表音源です。

オールマンの歴史研究家で熱烈な愛好家であるビル・レヴェンソン（Bill Levenson）、ジョン・リンスキー（John Lynskey）、カーク・ウェスト（Kirk West）の3人がプロデュースしたボックスセットには、リンスキーが綴った9,000語のエッセイや全ラインナップの概要、バンドの未公開写真、ジョージア州メイコンにあるバンドのビッグハウス・ミュージアムに展示されているメモラビリアの写真などが掲載された上製本が同封されています。

またベニヤ板製のケースに入っている10枚組LPは、通常のブラック・ヴァイナルのほか、桃の中身に見えるようデザインされた黄色とオレンジの限定版カラー・ヴァイナル・ヴァージョンがあり、カラー・ヴァージョンはバンドのウェブショップでのみ先行予約できます。
