ギャング・オブ・フォーのトリビュート・アルバム、参加アーティストとトラックリスト発表

Track-listing for The Problem of Leisure: A celebration of Andy Gill and Gang of Four

ギャング・オブ・フォーと故アンディ・ギルへのトリビュート・アルバム『The Problem of Leisure : A Celebration of Andy Gill and Gang of Four』が5月14日に発売されることになり、参加アーティストを掲載したトラックリストが発表されました。

トラックリストによると、20曲入りのダブル・アルバム（2LP／2CD）として発売される同作品には、レッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパーズのフリーとジョン・フルシアンテ、ゲイリー・ニューマン、ポスト・パンク・バンドのアイドルズ、米ロック・バンドのダンディ・ウォーホルズ、英ロック・バンドのキリング・ジョークらのほか、ギャング・オブ・フォー2015年のアルバム『What Happens Next』で、アンディ・ギルと収録曲「Dead Souls」を共作し、ギタリストとしてコラボした布袋寅泰も「To Hell With Poverty」（LP1 #5）のカヴァーで参加しています。

なお、LP1（CD1）の2曲目に収録されているトム・モレロ＆サージ・タンキアンによるカヴァー「Natural’s Not In It」は、1月8日にファースト・シングルとしてリリースされています（1月8日MLCニュース参照）。
