5月25日、ニュージャージー州のアトランティックシティで、今年最も期待されているパッケージ・ツアーの一つがスタートし、セットリストが公開されています。

ジョン・フォガティと彼のバンドは、24曲を披露。そのセットリストには、オープニング曲の「Travelin’ Band」「Who’ll Stop the Rain」「Fortunate Son」などの名曲を含め、CCRの楽曲が多かったものの、「Centerfield」「Rock and Roll Girls」「The Old Man Down the Road」など、ソロのヒット曲も演奏しました。

また、フォガティは公演の半ばでビリー・ギボンズをステージに呼び、フォガティが作曲した新曲「The Holy Grail」を二人で初披露。この曲のスタジオ・ヴァージョンは6月8日にリリースされますが、30秒の試聴用ビデオが5月24日に公開されています。

ZZトップのステージは「Got Me Under Pressure」でスタートし、「Gimme All Your Lovin」や「Just Got Paid」、「Legs」で観客を喜ばせ、アンコールに「La Grange」と「Tush」を披露。

このツアーは、6月29日のミネソタ公演で幕を閉じる予定です。
